More on STARRBOOTY:

"Starrbooty" is a blacksploitation comedy film released in 2010, written by and starring RuPaul Charles. The movie follows the adventures of RuPaul's alter ego, a sassy and glamorous secret agent named Starrbooty. Starrbooty was originally introduced into film in a three part short film series called RuPaul is: Starbooty (1987).

In the 2007 feature, Starrbooty is assigned a mission to rescue kidnapped supermodels who have been forced into the sex slave trade. With her fierce attitude and fabulous disguises, she infiltrates the criminal underworld to bring down the nefarious Madame Cheddar (played by Candis Cayne) and her henchmen.

Directed by photographer Mike Ruiz, Starrbooty was quickly pushed out of print and taken offline when reviews were sour, claiming the humor fell flat in favor of full-frontal male nudity and a slap-dash script. Official release copies are rare and costly (so be prepared for what you’re getting if you dish out that cash!) Featuring lots of cameos from RuPaul’s friends of days past, including Lady Bunny.

More on ALL ABOUT EVIL:

"All About Evil" is a dark comedy horror film released in 2010, directed by Joshua Grannell (aka drag icon PEACHES CHRIST). The movie follows the story of a shy and reclusive librarian named Deborah Tennis (Natasha Lyonne) who inherits a failing movie theater after her father's death. Determined to save the theater, she resorts to producing her own horror films, which have the twist of featuring real murders!

Deborah's films become gruesome hits, attracting a cult following. However, the success comes at a price as she becomes increasingly obsessed with creating more violent and shocking content. She manipulates and kills those around her to ensure the success of her films, all while maintaining a sweet and innocent facade. Cassandra Peterson (aka ELVIRA!) and Mink Stole (of John Water’s fame) are also featured, and you can catch a glimpse of drag legend Heklina in a cameo!
